A chocolate melting machine is a temperature-controlled vessel that melts solid chocolate and keeps it at a stable working temperature, ready for transfer to tempering machines, enrobers, depositors or moulding machines.

Chocoma offers chocolate melting machines in three capacities – 100 kg, 200 kg and 500 kg – designed for small to large-scale chocolate producers. All models melt chocolate slowly and gently to ensure careful treatment prior to tempering, and are available with an optional heated pump-and-pipe system for automatic transfer to connected machines.
