For Mrs. and Mr. Lodi the creation of hand made chocolate started in France 1989. In 1997 the family removed to Quebec in Canada where they established “Boulangerie Patisserie Dagobert.
In the new facilities Chocoma tempering machines model 6T20CE and 6T20C22, as well as the combined tempering and moulding machine model 4TX50S were installed. Finally the enrober model 5B24B was installed.
