Five generations of experience are in the hands and mind of the international award winner mr. Bernard Callebaut, Master chocolatier at “Master Chocolat Bernard & Sons” in Calgary, Canada.
Since the mid 1980’ies mr. Callebaut has been supported by Chocoma chocolate machinery. In the daily operation today, mr. Callebaut still rely on Chocoma – in this case on the E220 enrober, which prior to this photo enrobed 2,400 dates per hour.
