In 1977 the company Zürich S.A. was established by Mr. Rolf Meier in Guatemala – Ciudad. Today a central unit is manufacturing “all that by hand can be made of chocolate. It is both confectionery products and pralinés – and customer specified products – suppied to 3 cafés and sales outlets operated by Zürich S.A.

It is all made by means of a Chocoma chocolate equipment like a 2MP32 enrober, MT100 moulding machines and 2T130 melting and tempering machines, which have a local made recycling water cooling system.
