Model TB20-2 with a volume of 2 x 20 kg melts and tempers 20 kg of chocolate per hour, therby ensuring a constant supply of tempered chocolate to the busy chocolatier.
Model TB20-1 with a volume og 20 kg supplies 20 kg of well-tempered chocolate to the demanding chocolatier.
Model TB20-W with a volume of 20 kg is the valued support to the chocolatier whose business has become too extensive for manual pot / vessel tempering.
