Three new models

It is the 5th generation of the well-known 6T ** models that ensure a controlled tempering process:

  • First, all 20 kg of chocolate are melted
  • Then all 20 kg of chocolate are cooled
  • Finally, the 20 kg of chocolate are heated

Model TB20-2 with a volume of  2 x 20 kg  melts and tempers 20 kg of chocolate per hour, therby ensuring a constant supply of tempered chocolate to the busy chocolatier.
