Neuchatel Chocolates

Located on the East coast of the USA, manufactures exquisite chocolate confections from traditional European-style truffles to their unique Swiss Chips®, chocolate covered potato chips.

For many years, Neuchatel Chocolates has been operating several Chocoma machines including: enrobers (2MP32 & 2MP24) and tempering machines (2T70).

All of Neuchatel’s production is supervised by 5th generation Swiss chocolatier Mr. Albert A. Lauber.

Master Chocolat Bernard & Sons

Five generations of experience are in the hands and mind of the international award winner mr. Bernard Callebaut, Master chocolatier at “Master Chocolat Bernard & Sons” in Calgary, Canada.

Since the mid 1980’ies mr. Callebaut has been supported by Chocoma chocolate machinery. In the daily operation today, mr. Callebaut still rely on Chocoma – in this case on the E220 enrober, which prior to this photo enrobed 2,400 dates per hour.

In 1977 the company Zürich S.A. was established by Mr. Rolf Meier in Guatemala – Ciudad. Today a central unit is manufacturing “all that by hand can be made of chocolate. It is both confectionery products and pralinés – and customer specified products – suppied to 3 cafés and sales outlets operated by Zürich S.A.

It is all made by means of a Chocoma chocolate equipment like a 2MP32 enrober, MT100 moulding machines and 2T130 melting and tempering machines, which have a local made recycling water cooling system.

For Mrs. and Mr. Lodi the creation of hand made chocolate started in France 1989. In 1997 the family removed to Quebec in Canada where they established “Boulangerie Patisserie Dagobert.

In the new facilities Chocoma tempering machines model 6T20CE and 6T20C22, as well as the combined tempering and moulding machine model 4TX50S were installed. Finally the enrober model 5B24B was installed.

Chocolates Theobroma was founded in 1995 by Ms. Perl and Mr. Isac Davidovits in a central region of Venezuela. Today the company is a leading local manufacturer of Chocolate Vermicelli, chocolate bars and a variety of almonds, nuts and peanuts covered with chocolate made of 100% Venezuelan cocoa bean.

The complete melting and tempering process is done by means of ChocoMa 2T130 machines. In year 2009 the third unit was implemented – this time with pump transfer.
